Do I get a puppy online and the seller sends me some photos of miniature schnauzer puppy. (The online seller has good feedback and seems to be a reliable supplier) In one of the PIC, I noticed that the male genitalia collected some dog round bumps on them more like the grain. Here is a photo of the white mini-schnauzer, but probably to download the image and maximize in order to examine the bumps on the genitals. http://new.photos.yahoo.com/helenx02/photo/294928804317828880/0
I'm no expert, maybe someone experienced veterinarian or a breeder please tell me if this is normal and not some kind of disease.
I really want to get this puppy and give him a loving home, but I am concerned and I wonder if I should.

Many puppies get a puppy condition called dermatitis. It's like diaper rash in puppies. It is very common and medical leaves. I do not see the scales very well, so I would not say for sure what it is. If they're afraid of the breeder, ask what it is exactly.
I'm not a fan of Internet purchasing of puppies I have in mind a big risk for each dog. But I'm not saying do not buy the puppy thats up to you.

It's too hard to blow up when you see the image, but that there should be no bumps in it. Should probably ask a vet.
Do I feel good, it's a health guarantee? I would ask the breeder, just to be safe.
